We all know the internet can be extremely slow at times, and if you're browsing with a slow connection that costs you time and money. Offline Explorer allows you to download your favourite web and FTP sites (up to 100 simultaneously) for later offline viewing and editing.
It even has a built-in internal browser in which you can view the pages you have downloaded. The biggest advantage is that it allows you to selectively include or exclude individual servers, directories and files using only keywords. It has an excellent user interface and downloads the web pages you need at a high speed.
The very useful Export feature allows you to copy downloaded sites to another location in different formats. As far as compatibility issues are concerned, Offline Explorer supports industry standard technologies such as FTP, different proxy servers, Macromedia Flash, Cookies and a built-in internal HTTP server that allows you to share downloaded files over an intranet.
Version 4.5 adds a number of fixes and minor features.
