We realise that there have been a great many significant chips and/or systems over the years (like the Amiga), but we simply couldn't feature them all. And we know that the 2011 Intel processors are not the first generation of Core chips - we didn't mean to imply that they are.

2011 was the second generation of core i3 etc - the first generation were available last year, launched January 2010.
If you can't get recent history right, how accurate is the rest?
