In Europe in particular, the pace of growth of DVD in general is astonishing. In an increasingly connected world, with the advent of emerging technologies such as high bandwidth wireless communication, the role of DVD is set to undergo immense change.

Convergence is the key: the DVD format will develop in a future where current technology innovations will have become blurred.
