IT managers, C-level executives, developers, system administrators - the decision makers and leaders - are attending the LinuxWorld Conference in San Francisco this week, expecting to launch and hear about a raft of new product initiatives as open source begins to accelerate into the enterprise.
While not quite yet seeing the long predicted invasion of the suits, this year's event should see Linux swap its sandals for brogues and ditch the vendor T-shirts for a look that is definitely Bay Area smart casual.
