The Google Nexus 7, built by Asus, is the first tablet to run on the Android 4.1 Jelly Bean operating system.
Retailing from £159 the tablet is also the first to really target the UK budget tablet market, an area currently untapped due to the absence of Amazon's Kindle Fire tablet.
