Samsung finally took the wraps off its Galaxy Tab at the IFA show in Berlin this month, and V3.co.uk was on hand to get a demo of the device.
The Android-based tablet has a 7in touch screen, is slimline and weighs in at 380g. It can provide over eight hours of video with its 4,000 mAh battery, according to Samsung's Thomas Richter. It also offers up to 64GB memory, a 1Ghz own-brand processor and Super TFT screen.
The device will be sold through mobile operators. Vodafone has added the Tab to its online store as 'Coming soon'.
