Apple led the way for V3.co.uk readers this week with the news that the iPad 2 is likely to be unveiled next week, and the release of new MacBook Pro laptops and an updated Mac OS X Lion operating system.

Other hits with readers were the expected arrival of the HP TouchPad tablet in March, a review of Microsoft's Internet Explorer 9 Release Candidate, and Huawei's decision that clears the Motorola-Nokia Siemens Networks deal.

Security news was also popular, in particular the latest on the Night Dragon hacks and the OddJob banking Trojan scare.

The final three stories in our top 10 this week were a look at the highlights of this year's Mobile World Congress, a Windows Phone 7 update disaster, and a speed boost for Google's Chrome browser.
