SAP aims to Clarify CRM

Enterprise resource planning giant SAP is to resell customer relationship management software from Nortel's Clarify business unit, as part of MySAP.com.

Clarify call centre software aimed at the banking, insurance, high-tech and telecoms industries will be sold alongside SAP's service interaction centre product and customer interaction centre, which is aimed at the utility industry.
