Red-faced McDonald's has pulled the plug on an in-store internet service because too many customers used it surf for porn.
The Glasgow Evening Times was alerted after a father complained that customers were able to access sexually explicit images in the Kilmarnock branch of the fast-food chain, which is popular with youngsters and families.

While the porn websites themselves could not be opened, the pages advertising them featured explicit images.
A McDonald's spokesman is reported by the newspaper as saying the branch had been ordered to shut down the internet service immediately.
He said that until the company could work out a way of firewalling the connection properly it would stay closed.
With four computer screens in the centre of the Kilmarnock store, customers who purchased a MegaBreakfast, priced at £1.99, were given 15 minutes free time. Other customers were charged 50p for 15 minutes.
The Kilmarnock McDonald's is believed to be the only one in Scotland with internet access.
