Internet service provider Tiny Online will launch a new Friaco based unmetered internet service in April.
The service, called T:Surf plus, will offer users 24x7 internet access for £14.99 a month. Customers will be able to pre-register an interest in the service from next week.
Tiny Online, which has 650,000 subscribers, said the service will launch in the first week of April. To receive information on the service, customers should visit the Tiny website.
The new service will launch nearly a year after Tiny launched an unmetered service offering 24x7 internet access for £25.99 a month. Subscribers to the service had to switch their voice and internet calls through a dialler box.
The company will not provide any further details on T:Surf plus, but confirmed the product will be Friaco based.
Yesterday Oftel ruled that BT must provide rivals with a wholesale flat-rate internet access product, known as St Friaco, which it said will lead to a wider choice and lower prices for internet access in the UK.
