T-Mobile has confirmed that it will carry the iPhone 4, which is scheduled to launch in the UK and US on 24 June.
The operator said in a statement that details of launch dates, prices and tariffs will be announced in due course.
"T-Mobile UK will launch iPhone 4, the thinnest smartphone in the world with the highest resolution display ever built into a phone, in the coming weeks," the firm said.
Various reports suggest that T-Mobile will not stock the new iPhone from the 24 June release date. A T-Mobile spokesman did not confirm this, saying only that further details should be available "in a couple of weeks".
O2, Orange, Vodafone, Carphone Warehouse and Phones4U have already confirmed that they will sell the iPhone 4 on the launch date. None of the operators has yet announced pricing details.
