Previous	Shared folders are easily created in the Buffalo TeraStation III TS-XL's web admin panel. Some options are hidden away in less-than-obvious places and the terminology isn't always clear. Here, 'Windows' and 'Apple' refers to the SMB and AFP network protocols. Share access can be controlled locally on a per-user or group basis, or via a Windows Domain controller. The NAS supports up to four 3.5in Sata hard drives, plus two external USB storage devices. The Buffalo TeraStation III TS-XL 2TB can connect to supported uninterruptible power supplies for graceful shut-downs, and three timers offer set wake-up/shut-down periods. Remote web access is also supported. A built-in BitTorrent client may not appeal to business users, but the print server and Apple Time Machine support are more useful.	Next
