Natwest postpones Magex support deal with ICL

The National Westminster bank put the announcement of a multi-million pound ecommerce support contract with ICL on hold this week, in the wake of the Bank of Scotland's aggressive takeover bid.

The two companies were due to reveal the awarding of the support deal for Magex, the digital payment service Nat West unveiled in June (see Newswire 4 June) to ICL.
