If you've found that the mighty 'interweb' is running a little slow today, it may be down to two large backbones, according to Boing Boing.
A scoreboard from the Internet Health Report reveals that the two huge backbones, Level3 and Verio, are both in the red. This means that they are failing to route traffic at nominal levels.
