The major stories for vnunet.com readers this week all centred around Apple's upgrade to the iPhone. O2 has outlined its plans for the iPhone 3G S handset in the UK, while T-Mobile Netherlands seems to have mistakenly published the hardware specs for the new smartphone.
The forthcoming Windows 7 generated a lot of interest after analysts offered a generally positive view of the new Microsoft operating system, and readers in London were keen to read about the IT implications of the tube strike.
Also popular was the apparent data breach at T-Mobile, and the subsequent ransom demand, and many readers were outraged at the imminent launch of a mobile number directory enquiries service.
