Hasbro Interactive delivered the first glimpse of its online gaming initiative.
The website, known as Games.com, is scheduled for an initial launch later this year, but is expected to fully go live from the beginning of 2001.
Hasbro is investing heavily in online gaming and will ultimately support more than 50 games on the site with seven games channels featuring family, arcade, casino, sports, children, gamer and games shows.
Three of the channels will be operational in time for the initial launch, but Hasbro has yet to announce which they will be. However, the ever popular Scrabble and Monopoly games are expected to be among them.
