Good!
Its about time the authorities did something to protect creative people - not just companies, but individuals. People deserve to be compensated for their work, and while most of us collectively contribute towards that person's work and future works, we should be pulling the plug on those who decide to steal from us all. I just hope these new rules are enough, but if even a handful of pirates are prosecuted and kicked off the internet, I'll be happy.
