Third-generation mobile network 3 has expanded its range of video-enabled handsets with the introduction of LG's U8110.
Under a global agreement between LG Electronics and Hutchison Whampoa, LG Electronics will deliver three million handsets this year to the 3 group of companies globally.
Measuring 95.7mm x 49.5mm x 23.1mm and weighing 126g, the clamshell handset is the smallest phone in 3's range.
It features a colour screen for video calls and a video camera with its own light which can be used to brighten up photographs taken inside.
The unit also ships with the Quickplay video streaming application for downloading and playing videos for entertainment on the move.
The LG U8110 is initially only available only on 3's VideoTalk pay-monthly price plans.
