An Italian man is starting a two-year jail sentence after posting pictures of a former partner online.

The 32 year-old was sentenced by a court in Milan which heard how he had emailed nude photos of the woman to over 15,000 email addresses and set up a website to show the pictures.

The site also contained the woman's phone number, and suggested that she was offering 'personal services', according to MSNBC.

The case may cause sleepless nights for Stephen Hailes, who was convicted last month of sending nude pictures of an online girlfriend to her friends and family, including her husband.

Hailes faces a possible jail sentence, but claims that he sent the emails accidentally.
