Sneak is a big fan of the Windows Phone 7 platform - it's slick, fast and, with Mango just around the corner, is soon to be jam-packed with great features and an ever-growing number of fun, silly and useful applications.

Yet, there was always something missing, a sense of je ne sais quoi that, as much as Redmond huffed and puffed, it wasn't quite capturing the spirit of the smartphone age. We were missing the slide and swipe that Android and iPhone users always seemed to be doing on trains.

Today, that feeling of missing out is gone as Sneak woke to the wondrous news that Angry Birds has arrived on Windows Phone 7. Oh happy day!

The game, which is simple and basic, yet somehow the most successful game of all time in the new era of mobile computing, has been missing from the platform for so long it's been an ongoing joke.

But now dem pigs are set for a rough ride from a whole new swathe of smartphone users ready to throw red, yellow and blue feathered friends into the poaching porcines - the poor pigs, they only want to eat.

So, let's head to that Marketplace and get downlo... hang on, what's this? £2.49?! Are you kidding? Screw that, Sneak will stick with the oddly similar Pandas vs Ninjas he got for free when the platform first came out.
