Pinterest is a hugely popular social sharing app that enables users to 'pin' items of interest and share them with other users. There are a number of different catergories from DIY to food and the app will let you incorporate images using your devices camera.
You can then take full advantage of your Android/iOS device by setting pins from anywhere, using the operating system's built-in sharing options.
