When you need to distribute documents to the widest possible audience then it's important to choose a file format that can be viewed on Windows, Macs, Linux, netbooks, phones - everywhere. It must also reproduce your work in the highest possible quality, while still keeping documents small enough to be emailed or placed online. Sounds like a case for using Adobe PDF files, then, and there's no easier way to create these than with novaPDF Lite Desktop 7.
Install the program and it'll add a virtual printer driver to your system. You can then create a PDF file from any application by opening the document you need, choosing the Print option, and sending it to the novaPDF printer driver. Provide a file name and the PDF document will be created and saved for you in seconds.
If you want more control, take a moment to explore the novaPDF printer preferences. Here you can change the resolution to anything from 72 dpi (tiny files, low quality) to 2400 dpi (professional print quality, but big files, control which fonts are embedded in the file, or assign document details like " Title", "Subject" and "Author".
The program now offers built-in Merge support, too. If you're printing multiple web pages, say, you can now append each print job to your initial file, so days of research can be stored in a single PDF document - very convenient.
