Excellent but pricey navigation tool for Android users
Co-pilot Live is a voice controlled navigation application that weighs in at a pricey £16.
The app offers voice control, has nicely detailed street maps and a choice of views, 3D or 2D, while the touch screen is used to invoke more information about destinations, or places along your chosen route.
The touchscreen can also be used to change your route while you are on the move, while full maps can be downloaded via your home Wifi connection. Social networking appears in the form of Facebook Places check-ins and Twitter status updates. It’s even good enough for the RAC.
