Sporting smartphone users that want a little bit more out of their morning run may enjoy sport firm Adidas’ personal fitness coach application.
The app, called miCoach, combines GPS info with voice coaching to pace, encourage and guide trainers through their daily work out.
A range of fitness levels are catered for and users can tailor the app to their own requirements, and, as they progress, match their sessions with their own performance.
The application syncs with a web site for saving and viewing analysis on workouts, while information such as distance, calories burned and time spent exercising are all tabled for further study.
