Although it is tempting to stick with the default browser that comes on an Android handset the Opera option is a good alternative.
The firm boasts of benefits over competing browsers and includes Turbo for speeding up page returns and for cutting down on the amount of data consumed on a handset, something that is useful when not on all you can eat data tariffs.
Other features include easy to navigate pages and a tile view for bookmarked sites. Bookmarks can be synced between the desktop and the handset meaning that users can take their web experience, including their favourites pages with them wherever they go.
