Google Translate for Android

Computer translation software has a rather tarnished history, but things are changing. The release of Google Translate has undoubtedly been a major factor in this transition.

The Android version already lets users translate text in 50 languages, but a recently added ‘Conversation mode’ translates speech with incredibly impressive accuracy.

It is very easy to translate text using the software and although it may lead to some rather stilted conversations with a waiter, or business partner, the accuracy of its results should mean that nothing gets lost in translation.
