Browsing synchronisation is become more widespread over the last few months, with various tools that will enable you to keep your Firefox and Opera bookmarks synchronised between various computers. If you use the same web browser at work and at home, you can use the same bookmarks across both machines. Every time you add a bookmark to your browser, it synchronises with the remote host and when you get home, fire up your browser and you'll find that the bookmarks are updated automatically.
Say you're out on business and you have to use a third-party computer. How do you remember or access your bookmarks? You can't synchronise from another machine and then delete them later, each time you use their browser. The only alternative is to store your bookmarks in another location, perhaps on an external hard drive or USB stick, then securely access those bookmarks when you need to use them on another machine.
Safavor 2.0 is a browser independent bookmark manager which can be stored on a USB stick (or on any other storage medium) to ensure easy transport and independence. When you need to access your bookmarks, just grab your USB stick, fire up the browser, start Safavor and access the contents without leaving a trace on the host computer.
