Online TV Player lets you watch 850+ free internet TV stations and listen to 1500+ free online radio stations on your PC.
It allows the viewer to watch TV directly without having to experience the annoyances of a website (like slow-loading pages and pop-up ads).
No additional equipment is required. Online TV Player supports Windows Media and Real Video and you can play most of the stream formats in one program.
It can set the screen window to any size that you want and supports full-screen mode too.

The image size is very small and the quality not good enough to expand in size...And that's for BBC. Also, it seems to be mostly old stuff, i.e. radish TV.
