Keeping track of your staff's availability and compiling their schedules can be a time consuming and thankless task. Let IntelliRoster give you a hand and you'll have more time for the important aspects of your work.
IntelliRoster automates a lot of the more mundane aspects of scheduling, although it's always flexible in allowing you to manually alter the automated parts. With a number of wizards and templates included for guidance, you can begin scheduling immediately.
Once all the employee data has been entered into IntelliRoster, scheduling can begin within the Workplan area. This is where all the scheduling takes place, and all the relevant data combined - work hours, breaks, unavailability and training etc.
The advanced aspects of the software allow you to design and manage rotas, freeing you of this duty altogether. Rota patterns can be created, consisting of days off and following rules of distribution. These patterns can then be used to allocate relevant personnel to appropriate rota groups, ensuring you get a working rota first time.
Create rules for the rotas and IntelliRoster will ensure that these are kept to during the compiling process. You may have time periods when staffing cannot fall below a minimum number, for example, and if IntelliRoster is aware of this then it will rota accordingly.
The finished schedules can be printed, emailed to employees and even posted onto the company intranet for ultimate accessibility.
