Completely deleting data from your computer can be difficult with a normal windows set-up. Although the contents will be deleted as soon as you empty the trash, there will always be data that can be tracked and retrieved through the use of specialist software.
East-Tec Eraser is a program designed to permanently delete and overwrite all unwanted sensitive data and any information stored on your computer without your knowledge.
East-Tec will gladly trawl through your Internet History and hard drive, removing unwanted (and perhaps unsavoury) information from your e-mails, temporary files and cookies, straight through to your recycle bin and applications.
These include all major browsers (IE, Firefox, Opera), media players, P2P (Kazaa, Limewire, iMesh) applications and messaging clients.
With standards that exceed the U.S Department of Defense criteria for the permanent erasure of digital information, it’s a fair bet that this program will easily meet all your requirements for safe and secure data removal.
