This is the software publisher's description.

ActualDoc is a unique Recent Documents manager designed to provide secure, easy and convenient access to any of the documents you have recently used.

It keeps track of the documents you are currently working on and helps you to find any of them, searching on name or contents.

ActualDoc dramatically extends the functionality of the Windows Recent Documents menu and provides you with a set of tools that will help you focus on your current objectives and not let these limitations interfere with your work.

Supporting many formats, as well as MS Word, RTF, text and HTML files, ActualDoc helps you find and copy any part of any recently accessed document. For example, you can paste a paragraph from yesterday's Word document into your email message with three clicks.

With an Internet Explorer-like bookmark system you can keep your local and network documents at hand.

Once a bookmark is created for a document, you will be able to open, explore, print or preview it with a single click. All bookmarks have a hierarchical structure and the number of bookmarks is unlimited.
