Whether you are an individual, small business or large organisation, it's almost a necessity to maintain a website or a company blog. However, despite what people think, designing and creating a website far from an easy task. Many professional applications are designed for experts and require a lot of time and understanding before you can produce anything to a high standard.
Most professional tools will enable you to create a web site from templates, but after the design stage, you can be left with many complex options that you don’t really understand. There are also tools available for creating your own blog or a couple of web pages from Internet, but they often offer very limited functionality.
TOWeb makes it possible for you to easily create and maintain your own website. Add text, images and other content and TOWeb will help you with the rest whilst maintaining a consistent look and feel for your site.
Once you’ve created your site, take advantage of your ISP and use your web space to host your own site. This makes it easy for almost anyone to create, host and maintain a site for themselves in a relatively short amount of time.

Really not, when there are so many good alternatives
I had this on my computer for about 10 minutes, then dumped it. The quality of the templates is really not good, it's very inflexible, and despite the user-friendly workflow, curiously opaque. When there are so many good WYSIWYG or near-WYSIWYG alternatives (just to mention a few: Website X5 [especially the latest version 9], Website Realizer, Artisteer, SiteSpinner Pro, Antenna...), it really isn't worth wasting time on this rather poorly conceived software. Give it another 12 months, and it may well be brilliant. But avoid it for now.
