NEO, or Nelson Email Organiser, is a companion tool for Microsoft Outlook (97/98/2000/2002/XP) that provides superior organisational facilities for your email.

NEO can be used instead of Outlook, but will keep all key Outlook features accessible, including email sending, receiving and forwarding, Contacts and Journal.

Downloaded emails are automatically sorted into folders. New emails are organised into folders by date, i.e. Today, Yesterday, This Week and Last Week.

A tabbed menu lets you view your emails in other ways too. Click the Status tab to view messages in Active, Kept, Tagged and Unread groups. 'Tagging' an email simply highlights it, while 'Keeping' an email prevents it from being deleted until the action is undone.

A powerful search tool indexes every word of every email for precise, useful searching.

All emails remain stored in Outlook, and NEO simply creates multiple references to them. Delete an email in NEO and it remains in Outlook (and vice versa) until the programs are synchronised.

NEO Pro offers much more functionality if you're willing to pay for it. Advanced features include the ability to search and view multiple data files, improved filtering and more.
