Bulletproof FTP uses the familiar dual-pane layout, displaying local files in one and server files in the other.
Uniquely, it is possible to browse the contents of an FTP site whilst offline which can be useful if on a dial-up connection. It also features a ?wildcard? option that lets you search an FTP site for any files that match the criteria ? these files are then automatically downloaded.
Automatic reconnection and resume is obviously a feature, and it will monitor the clipboard for ftp/http urls ? when copied the download will begin.
Proxy/firewall support comes as standard, and it can also cope with downloading from redirected urls, which many other FTP clients seem to struggle with.
Its Remote Mirroring feature will monitor a local and server folder, and automatically synchronise the data.
Migration from other FTP clients is helped due to its ability to import site listings from Cute FTP, WS_FTP and FTP Explorer.
