SPAMfighter works with Microsoft Outlook and Outlook Express. Spam is identified with a list from other users. Every time you mark a message as spam everybody else with SPAMfighter has it automatically marked and deleted.
You can create a whitelist with SPAMfighter so that emails from people in your address book will always get through.
The SPAMfighter website has a running total of the number of emails processed and the new users who have joined the group.
SPAMfighter is free for home users. Note that there is a Professional version available which offers even more protection, such as an advanced filter, the ability to remove the Spamfilter footer added to your outgoing emails, commercial support and much more.

Spamfighter 6.4.44 upgrade problems
I had the previous version and accepted to upgrade to 6.4.44 when offered. Now I have no spamfighter buttons in my Outlook 2003 and no matter how I try to delete and re install it just does not work.

Spam still gets through
I have been using Spamfighter now I think for a year or more, mostly successfully. However in the last few days, spam has been getting into my in box, and in many cases, clicking on the "block" button does not work. Today, 4/11/07, I found that all spam had got into my in box, none had entered the spam box.

You get what you accept
We all hate spam but can't rely on the ISP's to do it all. So, lets ALL get involved and do our bit. WE!, all arond the world, CAN put these guys out of business. All we need to do is work together.
