Most avid music lovers have a MP3 collection that they’ve built up, let’s say, from the Napster days. If you’re like me, you’ve grabbed all the music from your albums, CD singles and downloaded a few tracks from iTunes. However, you’ve also most likely downloaded some live and obscure rare tracks that have been shared online, with others.

Not everyone is a fan of the commercial iTunes, Napster and so on. WinAMP is a fantastic little music player that enables you to play and manage your MP3 collection without additional hassle. It’s an overlooked music player that used to be the most popular skinned player up until only two or three years ago. It doesn’t always give you all the information you need for your MP3 tracks. That might be due to a lack of information within the music ID3 tags.

moreTunes is a tool that complements music players such as WinAMP by displaying the artwork and information about your tracks, when they are played. moreTunes resides within your System Tray and will also enable you to add/remove information from the ID3 tag associated with your MP3 track.
