The Documents menu in Windows 9x/ME/NT/2000, and My Recent Documents in Windows XP, may be a little limited for some people, which is where Recent Documents can help.

Rather than listing only the last 15 documents viewed, it can display as many as you wish, ignore documents over a certain age, and easily delete documents no longer available.

Documents can be viewed in various ways, including by type, folder and last accessed date. This last feature allows the true history of a document to be kept.

A neat feature is the ability to store multiple files with the same name that reside in different folders. A built-in search facility helps in finding a particular document.
