Cloudmark DesktopOne helps reduce the annoyance of spam

Spam can be a significant problem both due to the time wasted deleting it and the potential for falling for phishing attacks. Cloudmark DesktopOne can find and remove spam that arrives in your inbox.

It can be used with email accounts that use the POP, IMAP and Exchange technologies as well as web mail accounts.

This download is the 32-bit version of Cloudmark DesktopOne. The 64-bit version can be downloaded from here.

Setup is easy, simply select the email software on your computer that you want Cloudmark to protect and it will install a toolbar in that program. This basic version will only scan one folder so this set to the inbox as default.

Incoming emails are scanned and compared against known spam to decide whether or not they should be allowed to continue into the inbox. The toolbar allows you to choose to block or unblock emails to override these decisions.

There is a Pro account available for US$19.95 a year for two computers. This can be used to filter an unlimited number of folders and email accounts. It will automatically delete old spam. There is email support and account management through Cloudmark. Finally it can be set to trust email from senders in the local address book.
