MojoPac

We’re becoming rather gadget laden, so if we go away on holiday or even travel on business, by the time we’ve taken our mobile, iPod and PDA, we don’t want to be dragging our laptop, charger, bag and replacement battery. Laptops are much lighter than they used to be, but they’re still a drag and add to the items we already like to take with us.

One item most of us do take away or on holiday is our iPod (or other MP3 player). An iPod a mini hard disk and can be used for storing data. If you’ve got a video iPod, you’ll have plenty of space left over for other data, once you’ve moved across your digital music collection.

MojoPac is a tool that will enable you to turn an external hard drive in to a self-contained business or gaming box that you can store all your favourite apps, connect to any host PC and use these apps without any personal information being written to or stored on the host computer. This means that you can use this external hard drive (or USB stick, or iPod) as your own self-contained PC. Rather than taking your laptop with you to access remote email or work whilst outside the office, just find any PC, connect your USB drive and start working.
