what happened to the follow up on the free ad-ware plus?
I did the whole download and activation during the last promo of the free 1 year of ad-ware plus and got the free version. it seemed that a lot of others had the same problem and on the forums they said that they would have a new build (according to username: chirswiles). So whats the deal?

Not the program it was
This was a brilliant anti-spyware program. Not any more The inclusion of an attempt at internet security solution means it clashes and won't run with major anti-virus programs, McAfee, Kaspersky and Norton are some of the reported problems. It doesn't like Win 7 So quite honestly - best avoided. (which is why its free)

Problems registering a new account
Hi v3.co.uk team, Well, I want to tell you that I had problems registering a new account, and so, failed to get this promotion. I even couldn't recover my password, by using the recovering link. Wont Accept login details
Unable even to login as it comes up with wrong name/password.Is this due to server overload? V3.co.uk Reply: We had a limited problem with the account activation server. Go back to the Store, in to the 'My Account' section and choose "Forgotten your username or password?" to reset your password and activate your account.
