All Sound Recorder XP can record in real time from any source, such as a microphone, cassette player, winamp and internet telephone calls. As long as the sound to be recorded goes via your soundcard All Sound Recorder can record it.

Recorded audio can be saved in MP3, WMA, OGG and WAV formats, and you can alter all the relevant settings for each audio type (e.g. bitrate, sampling rate, channel mode).

It doesn't have a particularly inspired interface but, with its wizard to guide you through the recording process, it is easy enough to use.

A basic audio editor is built-in to the program, and this allows you to perform such tasks as cutting, copying and trimming. It also includes numerous effects and filters for jazzing up recordings.

This demo limits the recording ability to one-minute snippets.
