WordFusion

This is the software publisher’s description.

WordFusion is a fast, reliable and flexible platform that enables you to produce accurate, professional documents. Today’s organizations need to generate high value and high volume content. This sort of content generation is known as Document Automation, or Document Assembly, and is prevalent in many industries, communicating trade confirmations, insurance renewals and other information that requires fast, highly personalized or compliant correspondence. Recent research has identified how document automation technologies can affect the compliance, volume and personalization demands of document creation today.

Currently, many information workers create documents via manual inefficient processes. Because of the difficulty of extracting and reusing information from these documents information workers often must retype information leading to inconsistencies or errors in layout and content.

WordFusion was designed to address these customer needs. It automates the document production process by using rules and questions created by a “Designer” it can determine the content and final layout based on the information collected from the “User” creating the document. It can produce a document from conditional sections, tables, multiple data sources and use various other formatting options in a process called document automation.
