In the early days of computer game development, we used to argue it was the gameplay and graphics that made a game popular. There were games from the Amiga days that are still classics today. Anyone remember SuperCars? A simple top down view of a racing track where you had to compete against other drivers. It was just so addictive.
Mini Racing Online is a modern version of this classic. Indeed, it’s more like SuperCars mixed with Championship Manager, online. You can install the software on your computer and then race against other drivers, through the Internet. Setup your own grand prix team and then compete against others.
Better still, if you’re a decent artist, you can quickly and easily draw and create your own tracks and cars for competing. It doesn’t require a fast PC or even a fast broadband connection, so there’s no excuse for not competing.
