There are times when you simply need to edit existing cascading style sheets. For this reason, using a full commercial powerful CSS editor is overkill and you’ll spend longer trying to work through the interface than trying to understand the code.

For this reason, Blumentals software have produced a cut down version of their Rapid CSS Editor for editing existing CSS, aimed at web developers who want to make changes quickly.

Free CSS Toolbox includes a number of tools for fast-tracking and enhancing the development of style sheet code, such as an advanced CSS Formatter and CSS Validator which can check through some code and point out errors.
