Enforcer is an extremely simple program that enables you to create multiple-user access on your Palm. You can create separate accounts for different individuals and specify which applications they are allowed access to, and whether or not they are allowed access to any data marked as private. The whole process is extremely simple and will ensure that your data and your applications are safe.
There are two levels of user - administrator and regular user. Administrators can run any application, and create, delete or modify user accounts (including other administrators). Regular users can use only those applications allocated to them by the administrator(s). Each user, whether an administrator or regular user, has to create a password which they use to access the Palm. Upon switching the Palm on, the user will be presented with a list of users, from which they select themselves and enter their password. This will launch the Palm as normal, but only showing those applications they have been granted access to.
This is great for companies where more than one individual uses the same Palm, but is also handy for preventing your Palm from being accessed by prying eyes. An added feature for companies is the ability to display their own company logo on the login screen, for a small fee.
