Documents to Go

Documents To Go allows you to read and create numerous documents on your Palm handheld, including text files, spreadsheets, PowerPoint files, email (with attachments), Excel charts, graphics and PDFs (both read-only). All original document formatting is kept when transferring.

Impressive search and organising tools add to the software's power.

Documents can be beamed to other Palm users who don't own Documents To Go: an appropriate viewer is beamed with the document.

Full support for SD and MMC media is built in, and there's a multiple synchronisation facility that allows you to exchange data between two or more PCs.

The email program, DataViz Mail, is only compatible with Outlook, Outlook Express and Lotus Notes, which, although a little limiting, does cater for the majority of users.

The graphics viewer can display GIF, JPEG, Bitmap and PICT files, and can run a slideshow of graphics stored on your device/

Version 10 adds support for Microsoft Office 2007 documents amongst many other new features.
