This is an image viewer aimed at 3D artists, although it displays both 3D and 2D images. In fact, it supports virtually every 2D and 3D image format, with the notable exception of Gifs.
It can even be used to browse/view common audio and video files, and display standard text files.
Deep Exploration contains three panes: one for browsing drives/folders, one for viewing the contents of a folder, and the third for displaying the image itself.
2D objects can be moved, rotated, renamed, converted, cut, copied, deleted, inverted and resized, among other things.
3D objects can be rotated through 360 degrees, and details of all individual assets are provided so there's no need to open relevant applications in order to view them.
Each asset can be turned on or off, and 3D images can be viewed in a variety of modes, including complete with vertices, lights and cameras; a number of wireframe options; with or without bounding box, and more.
A neat HTML publication wizard lets you publish images to the web in minutes simply by selecting a template and following the instructions.
