Agnitum Spam Terrier
Powerful anti-spam client that will protect your inbox from malicious and unwanted marketing email

This is the software publisher's description.

Powerful, self-learning spam filter that can be deployed and used with popular email clients to keep unwanted messages out of your inbox. It detects and quarantines most spam automatically, relieving you of the hassle of manually delete junk mail from your inbox. It saves time and frustration and keeps you safe, from potentially malicious content and unnecessary distractions.

Spam Terrier gives you back your inbox at no cost — the software is free and uses minimal computer resources. It also takes very little time and effort to set up and maintain.

Spam Terrier’s Bayesian filter, the core processing engine, can be trained to improve spam recognition efficiency with each incoming email. Because spam is different for different people, you get to define what should be considered spam for your purposes.

By training Spam Terrier on what constituted spam in the past, you can demonstrate to the program the characteristics (or definite such as “cheap Viagra”) of spam that can be applied to your future correspondence. The filter then learns certain behaviour/appearance patterns and applies this knowledge to categorize future mail.

Spam Terrier will support The Bat!, Windows Mail, Outlook Express, Outlook (all versions), 64-bit email clients, as well as the ability to handle more than one email account.

Note that there is a separate 64-bit version on the Agnitum website.
