WinOrganizer tries very hard to be the Swiss army knife of contact management software.

Load it up and you'll find a planner, diary, notepad and address book all combined in a single application. The software also differs from other products because it's designed to be used by the entire family rather than just a single person.

The main window shows a list of folders down the left-hand side of the screen. You can add or delete folders from this view to suit the needs of each family member. For example, you could create a folder for little Jimmy and then add in a contacts database and planner, but not bother with the diary or notepad because he's unlikely to use them.

It's quite a flexible system but not the most intuitive to get to grips with. Its biggest failing is that many of the features on offer are a bit fiddly to use.
