Macro Express is a fantastic program that lets you create macros for practically anything, from simple pasting of text to dialling an internet connection, launching a browser and loading a web page with one keystroke.
It's extremely easy to use, with two methods of macro creation. For those new to the idea of macros, Wizards can guide you through the whole process. Prompting you via questions and providing you with options along the way, the macro is then built for you, based on your inputs.
For those looking for quicker macro creation, Capture Mode can be used. This records and saves your keystrokes/mouse movements as you perform them.
Once a macro has been created and named it needs an activation sequence applied to it. This can be either a keystroke combination (i.e. Alt+P) or a mouse click on a specific area of the screen. Alternatively a macro can be activated at the launch of a particular program.
Advanced users can debug macros and write to the Windows registry, and there is no limit to the number of macros that can be created.
